How can I restrict a group of users' access to certain clients in the database?

The DT Max security system can restrict authorized users to their own clients or include the clients of other users whose ID's are accessible. To that end, make sure that the security system level is set to Password and user ID mandatory. Users will then have access not only to their own clients but also to those of other users, provided that a right of access has been granted.

Access to some of those clients can be restricted further by using the keyword Restrict. Such restricted clients can only be accessed by the person who is responsible for them, as identified by the user ID.
